I started hosting on AIRBNB since February 2015 and it ha been a big help for me. I am new in the Real Estate business; as you all know this type of business are not very stable and regular, every single check that I get for commission goes to rent and to pay bills, I am very tight with money but with AIRBNB, I've been able to pay part of my bills with the extra money. AIRBNB Its a well designed webpage that allows me as a Host to get to know and talk to the future guest before they arrive or even before I accept them, I only accept people with certify ID, E-mail address, Phone number, so it is very safe, I feel very comfortable and secure knowing that AIRBNB will be able to reach the person that is staying at my place. I think its very important for middle class families in America to be able to make some extra money to help with the expenses. I would also like to remind that our guests who stay in listings generate sustainable local economic activity that supports small business in communities across the Country. I appreciate AIRBNB for giving me this opportunity to earn some extra money to help myself with the expenses.
