Protect consumer rights. UBER is safe. UBER is reliable. Uber enjoys clean professionals who make you feel comfortable riding with a stranger. Unlike alternate forms of transportation in Miami, Uber vehicles are well kept and very clean. It's amazing that all seatbelts in Uber vehicles are in working order and that annoying sounds aren't coming out of every inch of the vehicle during your ride. Drivers are cordial, polite and more than happy to get you to your destination promptly. They don't exploit customers to maximize fares and definitely not by driving recklessly and through routes that are longer. It's really like riding with a friend. I do not use taxi services because of how filthy the vehicles are and how careless drivers are. Taxi drivers do not take any pride in their profession. They dress and act sloppy. I feel 100% comfortable riding Uber and have only had positive experiences. I commonly use Uber to get my elderly mom from home to the doctor and back. It's an affordable alternative to taking the day off work to drive her since she cannot do so herself. I am a loyal and satisfied Uber customer and I believe in, and have benefited from, the positive impact it has made in Miami residents' lives. Thank you Uber! We will continue our fight for what's right. Customers deserve emancipation from the taxi syndicate monopoly we've been indentured to for years
