"I am a frequent business traveler. Multiple airprit rides in a week, most weeks a year. Taking Uber has completely changed the trip to the airport for me. Previously, transportation to/from PBI was the biggest hassle of my trip. Old, dirty cabs with cranky drivers that barely spoke English. Texting friends cab numbers and whereabouts on more than one occasion "just in case". And let's not forget fighting with drivers over "broken" credit card machines at the first mention of an Amex. The constant beration by these drivers led to calling their company owners more than once! Enter Uber. Where my clean, new car, friendly driver arrives from an easy to use app. Where my need to use a business credit card is not questioning. Where I've never felt unsafe. Where I always enjoy the ride. Where drivers have plugged in my phone, waited a moment while I got my bearings, or just plain had a great conversation in my 6 minutes to the airport. PLEASE don't take Uber away from me. My sanity and more importantly, SAFETY depends on Uber quite often!"
