Hello, I'm currently a AirBnb host and it has helped me a lot since I've been working in entepreneurial projects and need help covering my rent from time to time. I believe the sharing economy does help the general population instead of regulating trades in a way that is harder for a the general population to get benefits. It's also very much regulated by supply and demand, which means that it avoids just a corporation or sindicate (like taxis) to control suppy and prices.
