[REDACTED] I was laid off from my job after the 2nd incident.I was on the verge of losing my home. I had a realtor come to my home and she did not have good news. I had a friend who had been renting his apartment in New York so I decided to give it a try. Airbnb provides me enough income to supplement Social Security. The best part of Airbnb is that it keeps me sane. I'm 68 and live by myself. What family and friends I have are hundreds of miles away. Being alone at home say after day, this is a recipe for serious mental health issues. I've met hundreds of wonderful people from all over the globe. Hosting is a great activity for me. It keeps me busy and active. Most of all, I'm in touch with people almost every day. Some of them have become Facebook friends. I've encouraged my guests to join Airbnb to host. I have had only minor issues (towels disappearing and the like) but thebenefit outways that
