I have been using AirBnB for six months and have nothing but good things to say about it. I feel safe using AirBnB because I can see photos of potential guests, with their profiles and reviews from other hosts. If they are doing wrong, it gets posted immediately. We don't ever talk about money because it's all paid for before the guests arrive. I like the system and it works very well. Messages all go through AirBnB so you don't have to worry about scammers getting your email address or phone number. It seems very safe, and the extra income is helping me pay my mortgage. I think AirBnB is an important option for middle class families to get a little extra money. Also my guests invariably like to shop and eat out so they bring extra income for the small businesses in my town. I've had no trouble at all with them. Please don't make a bunch a of onerous rules and regulations hampering me and the AirBnB to continue with this little bit of free enterprise.
