To the Commissioners: I sometimes rent out my guest house through AirBnb. AirBnb is an exceptionally well run company which screens both prospective guests and hosts, collects and routes fees, and provides a review system to both parties. I pay approximately 14% in taxes on monies made and the income stream is an important supplement. Guests who stay here frequent neighborhood and city restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. They rent cars, and buy airline tickets. Without exception, the experience has been positive for them and me. I was surprised to learn that any person/ entity would presume to question citizens' right to use their own property in this fashion. Thanks for your attention top this, Best wishes, md
