I host people on Airbnb and occasionally I am using Airbnb when travelling. Airbnb helped me to pay my mortgage, feel empowered in meeting new people from around the world. I believe that Airbnb should be used for people who have their own houses and limited to a number of apartments/houses per account. While I think that Airbnb provides a greater experience than a hotel and help directly Americans make extra money instead of going to shareholders of private organizations. I am a concrete example of Airbnb impact and I want good reviews and that my guests have a great experience. Airbnb helps directly Americans earn more money but this should be regulated to a maximum number of units per company of individuals. It should not increase the average cost of rent.
