I have stayed with several families with AIR BnB, and I've decided to list our home also. I don't mind staying in hotels and it's nice to have options, but this way I can earn a little something on an expense laden asset, but more importantly we get to meet people we wouldn't have otherwise. No one is being harmed by people sharing what they have, be it rides, tools, or living space. Unlike putting up a stop sign at an intersection after several people have DIED, I feel the main reason government "investigates" adding more regulations is to accommodate lobbyists for different special interests who want to maintain or increase barriers to entry. One of the main purposes of government SHOULD be looking for ways to expand choices for Americans, and get out of the way of small business getting started, where 80% of all jobs are CREATED! Thank You
