To Whom it May Concern: We recently bought a vacation property where we one day hope to retire. In the meantime, we are renting some of the space there on Airbnb. We've enjoyed getting to know people from our city and beyond through the rental process, and Airbnb does an amazing job of making sure people verify their identity information and giving us the option of selecting our renters so we feel perfectly secure. We are so happy with the whole process, in fact, that we are making some small changes to our primary residence in order to rent the lower level. The more income we get from these rental spaces, the more improvements we can make to our properties, and the more disposable income we will have to invest and spend. I see no downside to this operation. Even our house cleaner will be more gainfully employed! Three cheers for Airbnb. All best, Margot Case
