Please support legislation which allows the continued use of short term vacation rentals such as AirBnB. I am a retired aerospace manager, and use AirBnB to rent two properties. These are key investments for my retirement. They are rented to vacationers, business persons, students, people who come for medical care and many others. We pay occupancy tax, property tax, income tax on our property. Our properties are the most well maintained in the neighborhood and our business is by any metric an asset to the community. I realize that hotel lobbies, are against this as well as some communities who see it as an imposition to the traditional owner occupied homes. Our renters are respectful of local noise ordinances and rule, and there are enough laws in place as remedies to address any possible concerns. Please support this growing part of the economy, which benefits both owners and renters. Peter Aichinger
