The "Sharing" Economy: Issues Facing Platforms, Participants, and Regulators A Federal Trade Commission Workshop
I am in a city that has extremely few AirBnB hosts and rarely do I even have guests. However, I have found that the majority of my quests have fallen into one of three categories: Traveling with large dogs and cannot find lodging. Need affordable long term stay for a job in the area. The hotels in the area booked up due to an event with the college like graduation or homecoming. I know as a guest of other AirBnB.com hosts and except for one host, I found this option much more comfortable and accommodating than staying in a hotel during my work related travel.
