When my husband and I divorced, I had to give up my ownership in our business, in exchange for his ownership in our home. I also inherited a huge mortgage, and without income from my business, I needed help paying the loan. I have three children, and I desperately wanted to hang on to their home, not only for their stability during the divorce... but so I could have a place for them to return with grandchildren some day. At 55 years old, I had no real hope of finding a job. So I started doing vacation rentals here. The result is that, 9 years later, I have created an income large enough to pay my mortgage, and I have provided a happy vacation spot for many other families. My kids are gone so this big house again has children and laughter. I love doing vacation rentals. And, judging from the 100% 5-star reviews I have received, other people are happy that the "shared economy" benefits all of us. Thank you for your time in reading this.
