City/town/county/states have been making a sizable profit from EXISTING taxicab & limousine firms. For which those firms have paid major, major dollars for operating permits. Is it fair to these firms to wipe out their hard earned investments? Firms, such as Uber, should be legally required to adhere to the same rules & regulations, as either taxicab firms, or Limousine firms are, in what ever city/town/county/state, that they want to operate in. The Taxicab/Limousine firms, have been legally operating by established rules/regulations, or suffer the existing legal ramifications. So should Uber & firms such as them.
