To whom it may concern, I am writing you today in regards to my personal experiences and appreciation for the ride-sharing business known as Uber. This company has provided myself and many of my colleagues with a safe, reliable, and convenient method of transportation around Los Angeles; a city notable for its heavy traffic congestion and limited public transportation. In addition to providing competitive rates to a very lackluster taxi industry within Los Angeles, Uber has allowed for individuals to provide a means of income for themselves during a very harsh economic downturn over the past few years. I appreciate & respect these individual drivers and have learned through conversation that the Uber opportunity has become a dire necessity for both Driver and Occupant. Outside of Los Angeles, I have found Uber to be essential to my business travels as I visit a multitude of cities across the U.S. several times a year. After long day of travel, meetings, and business endeavors, Uber is essential to making my days both efficient and safe. Thank You.
