Heck no, I wouldn't let them off easy. They are PROUD of their deceptive practices. Here is the online review I posted about my experience with Cory Fairbanks. They are as dishonest as they come. They should be shut down. We test drove a Mazda 3 S Grand Touring for my wife on Saturday, continued to do our homework and went back on Sunday to purchase the vehicle after seeing the Internet Price they had listed online. When I told them I wanted to purchase the car at the advertised price I was turned over to their "inventory manager" who I believe was actually Mike the General Sales Manager. He immediately informed me that we didn't qualify for the internet price and that I should have "read the disclaimers". He then quoted me a price several thousand dollars above the advertised price and offered a ridiculously low price for our trade in. He treated my wife in a condescending manner and was basically a complete jerk. I had to ask for my keys back multiple times to leave. When I did get them back, he followed us out to our car continuing to tell me I should have read the disclaimers and that "everyone" posts misleading prices. Dishonest dealership. We will be purchasing a Mazda elsewhere and will be happy to drive past Cory Fairbanks mazda to go elsewhere for service. This is the kind of dealership that gives car dealers a bad name. UPDATE: We have since purchased a Mazda3 at a different dealer in Orlando who honored their advertised price, had NO ridiculous markups and who gave a fair trade in Value. This further backs up my belief that Cory Fairbanks Mazda is simply dishonest. You owe it to yourself to go elsewhere.
