I am not sure if I am writing to the right place. But I will not stop till I find the company that owns Garden of Memories Funeral Home in Tampa Fl.I have never felt so upset at the treatment of my husband at the lost of his mother at this funeral home. The man with spoke with was rude and acted like a used car salesman. We were there from 10 am till 1p.m. and still had to come back the next day to be tornmented by this man. No one should have to go thru what we did at a time of loss. The service was not printed at all thru the garden of memories even after I called and let them know. It finally showed the day after the funeral. The new paper obits was wrong it stated that my mother in law died in the year 2104 my daughters name was misspelled. They did not want to get the money from the Life Ins. policy and I would need to come up with 12,000 dollars in two days.I had to speak with the manager of Garden of Memories which tired to smooth things over but it did not help. When some one is griveing you do not need someone rude dealing with them. And then as I spoke with some people about what I am going thru I find out that they went thru the same rudeness and non caring people there and that the obits were either spelled wrong dates of birth wrong and the service was not in there web site. I will contiue to try and find someone who cares about this because NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO THRU SOMETHING LIKE THIS WHEN YOU LOSE SOMEONE YOU LOVE!!!! Some one needs to get a handle on the this before you have to close down the word is out on you.
