What a sorry state of affairs when an acknowledged abuse of anti-competitive behavior foisted on a helpless public is rewarded by the Federal government. You have just allowed a cadre of privileged individuals who each have a serious conflict of interest to continue to rape our community. So what if they have to have your permission to acquire additional facilities. The damage is already done. Their monopoly is secure. Their prices have already been raised exponentially.
