Business Opportunity Rule
I am writing in regards to the new proposed rule for Quixtar. I have been an active IBO for the last 3 1/2 years. I feel that there should not be a seven day waiting period for a prospect to sign up (register) in business with me. While showing the plan, I use my flip chart that was approved by the FTC, and I encourage all prospects to research our company. Of course with my personal experiences with my business, several prospects would rather read the untrue on google.com I encourage the prospect to research Alticor, the BBB, Dunn and Bradstreet, ect. My prosepects tell me within 24 hours whether they are for or against getting in the business. As far as providing names and numbers for prospects, I would rather not do that. I have never upset one of my prospects or have ever hurt them financially, morally, or unethically in any way, but if that were the case, I would never want my address available to them UNLESS they were in business with me. I will not endanger my wife and 2 year old child over some upset prospect. In regards to providing a prospect with documentation on fraud, I would ask that you allow them to research on their own about any problems that have occured within the Quixtar corporation. I as an Independant Business Owner should not be punished for any past negative that took place. I know that I did not send a reponse regarding all topics, but I hope that this will help you in making the right decision. I also have a sales background, so I love to sell/promote our products. I am very careful that I don't fall into the category of "solicitation" whether it be in person or by telephone. We offer quality products at quality price. I want to thank you so much for allowing me as a business owner of this free enterprise system to speak out and voice my opinion to you. I am 27 years old, married, and have a 2 year old child. One must realize that my generation will be crossing their fingers as far as being able to draw social security or to have much of a retirement at all. That is why I am so thankful and so blessed to be a part of this wonderful Quixtar business opportunity. Thanks Again! Respectfully, Thomas Cammer Goose Creek, SC
