Business Opportunity Rule
I have been an independent business owner with the Quixtar Corporation now since 1997. I was introducted to it by my father. Since being involved I have made enough extra income to support my family in a more comfortable way. I was very satisfied with the information that I received prior to becoming involved and have not regretted it one bit. This new proposal will hinder my business in many ways, if I have to provide references of at least 10 IBO's that I am affiliated with, this could be seen by them as a invasion of privacy and I don't think they would like their private information given to strangers that they don't know. I really don't see how this would benefit the prospect. The second thing is if the prospect had to wait seven days before becoming involved as an IBO this will just slow down the whole process of them building the business. Every seven days that goes by for each prospect is an just a waste of time seeing that Quixtar provide a money back offer for up to 6 months if someone is not satisfied. This is a win/win and the seven day wait is a win/lose. The last thing I would like to comment on is the income disclosure proposal. We have a FTC approved document that we give to every prospect the SA4400, that discloses the possible income that could be made through the Quxitar opportunity. My personal income is just that, personal. I have made it a habit it practice my business with honesty and integrity and we have always been up front with the prospects that we talk to. I always explain that this is not a get rich quick scheme and that it takes hard work based on the amount of money that they would like to make. I started my business for around $250 and have made that back several time over. This is a small investment to the potential of making so much more. In closing I hope that these comments will be taken to heart because this opportunity is just that an opportunity and the proposal will only cripple the opportunity of others and of my business.
