The FACT Act of 2003:  Notice and Request For Public Comment On the Effects of Credit Scores and Credit-Based Insurance Scores on the Availability and Affordability of Financial Products
I THINK MY HUSBAND AND I ARE ABOUT TO BECOME, AGAIN, VICTIMS OF UNFAIR AND MAYBE ILLEGAL SPONTANIOUS DECISION MAKING BY A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. HOUSEHOLD CREDIT SERVICES REFUSES TO ANSWER EVEN CERTIFIED LETTERS TO THEM DISPUTING THE BALANCE DUE--THEN (BEING THE "MAKE THE RULES AS WE GO" KIND OF COMPANY THAT THEY ARE) THESE COWBOYS REPORT THE INACCURATE INFORMATION TO THE CREDIT BUREAU. AS A RESULT, ALL THE OTHER CREDITORS UP OUR INTEREST RATE TO "DEFAULT RATES."(PLEASE SEE THE CONSUMER WEB "HOUSEHOLD-HSBC WATCH" TO GET AN IDEA OF THIS COMPANY WHO WOULD HAVE EVEN MORE EXTORTIONARY POWER) UNTIL CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND THEIR POWERFUL AND MONIED LOBBY AND CONGRESSMEN(BOTH PARTIES) WILL GET TOGETHER AND DECIDE TO GIVE A BREAK TO HONEST HARD WORKING TAXPAYERS---WE REMAIN "INDENTURED SERVANTS" AND EVEN MORE SLAVES TO THE BANKS BY GIVING THEM EVEN MORE POWER THROUGH "SCORES?" IF THEY (THE BANKS) WERE ACTING HONORABLY, THEY WOULDN'T HAVE MADE UP NAMES FOR THEIR SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. THANK YOU.
