NEW YORK, NY: In the aftermath of the September 11th World Trade Center attacks, the Better Business Bureau Serving Metropolitan New York, the Federal Trade Commission’s Northeast Region, Crain’s New York Business, the Alliance for Downtown New York, the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and the New York State Restaurant Association are sponsoring a public forum on Wednesday evening, November 14, 2001 to answer questions and provide information about financial assistance to downtown New York City small businesses affected by the attacks. The forum will feature business organizations, downtown trade associations, and city, state and federal officials who will present facts and information about available disaster relief resources to the downtown small business community. This event will also be interactive and give small business owners a chance to have their concerns directly addressed.
