The FTC and the IRS host a free Tax Identity Theft Awareness Week webinar for small businesses on Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. EST (12 p.m. Central; 11 a.m. Mountain; 10 a.m. Pacific; 9 a.m. Alaska; 8 a.m. Hawaii). Learn how businesses can protect themselves, their customers, and employees against identity theft. Discussion includes imposter scams that target businesses, cybersecurity practices, and how to respond to a data breach.
