Chances are, one of your customers, employees, or friends will soon be buying a car. You can do them a good turn without going near a wheel. Tell them about four new 1-minute videos from the FTC with important tips for each stage of the car-buying process: Spotting Deceptive Car Ads, Buying a Used Car, Financing a Car, and Understanding Car Add-ons.

You can find all four videos at ftc.gov/cars, or ftc.gov/carros in Spanish. Post them on your website, use them in articles, link to them, and share them on social media. Or just watch them the next time you’re in the market for a car.

Want to do more? Our new, free Spanish-language fotonovela, Avoid Car-Buying Trouble, tells how to avoid trouble when financing a car through a dealership. Keep copies on a “take-one” stack in your reception area or HR office. You can order free copies in Spanish from bulkorder.ftc.gov, or download it in English from our website.

Help people shop smart. It’s good business!
