FTC Hearing 7: Competition and Consumer Protection in the 21st Century: Consumer Protection Implications of Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, and Predictive Analytics: (Session 4)

The Federal Trade Commission is holding the seventh session of its Hearings Initiative, with a two-day hearing at the Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C., on November 13-14, 2018. Howard University is a co-sponsor of the event.

The hearing will examine competition and consumer protection issues associated with the use of algorithms, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics in business decisions and conduct.
