Dietary Supplements: Neurocet, Regenify, and Resetigen-D

FTC sends another payment to eligible customers who bought dietary supplements

The FTC is sending another round of payments to people who bought the supplements Neurocet, Regenify, and Resetigen-D.

According to the FTC, Mile High Madison Group, the marketers of these three supplements, used false or unproven claims that the supplements could stop pain and treat age-related ailments. The pitches were made primarily through direct mail campaigns.

The FTC mailed the first round of checks in October 2021 and the second round of checks in December 2022. These distributions resulted in more than $854,000 in refunds. Because there is still money in the fund, the FTC is sending additional payments totaling more than $133,000 to 11,527 people who cashed their first payment and paid the defendants $380 or more.

If you get a check, please cash it within 90 days.
