Work/Life Balance

We want to create a flexible, supportive environment. The FTC realizes that work/life balance is critical to allowing our employees to continue to be creative and productive. For example, many positions may have flexible work schedules and teleworking opportunities.

On-site Daycare

We support our employees who have children with an independently run childcare center on-site at our Headquarters Office. Care is available, as space permits, for children from three-months-old to pre-kindergarten.
