I am all for your regulations on giving back consumers their privacy. It seems these days that everyone is ready to sell your soul when your back is turned or under some false pretense. And until they are called on it (e.g. US Bank), they continue to do it! If you ask me, everything info related should be opt-in, not opt-out as it is now. We should be guaranteed our right to privacy without having to jump thru all these hoops to do it. We should be able to do nothing in order to keep our privacy, not the other way around.
