Dear Federal Trade Commission,

This is a letter to request that the Gramm-Leach-Blily act Privacy Act (G-L-B ACT or Act), be instituted to prevent others from gaining access to my very personal and private financial credit rating(s) and any other personal financial information. I am sick to death of strangers calling me repeatedy on the telephone (just this SUNDAY morning, at 9:02 am, the telephone rang, and it was a voice mail telephone solicitor from Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. I know they just got this information from Trans Union, because I just received the printout stating so) nearly every day at home and at my work place. I am also sick and tired of all the junk mail from these companies who have my personal financial information. It is none of their business, unless I make it so! My family members do not have access to this information, so why should they without my consent? Also, I take the time, effort and money (the blue bags cost) to recycle, but many do not. All this garbage is littering up our country and taxing us in the long run with waste management control.

Please, try to pass it that we do have a right to our privacy. It is for our benefit, and our whole country's benefit.

Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.

Sincerely,

Mitchell & Regina Grasseschi
