Good afternoon -

I would like to give my support to more stringent rules regarding privacy of financial data. I believe that my financial information is personal and
accountable only to the institution in which I hold accounts and to the IRS. Sharing of information without my consent and withholding my ability to demand privacy only leads to abuse and fraud. Anyone who uses financial information, be it a bank or a retailer, should uphold my right to privacy if they expect my business. I believe that the opposition to these measures only fear losing the power they have given themselves as information brokers at my expense.

Please, continue to monitor and scrutinize all financial institutions to
keep the interests of the consumer at utmost importance.

Sincerely,

Kelly J. Anderson
