Because many kids freely submit their names and addresses to web sites, The Federal Trade Commission has proposed a new addition to the Children Online Privacy Protection Act that would require parental consent to the collection of any children's personal information. I think this sounds like a very good idea! Please do whatever you can to make sure it's implemented as soon as possible.
