Proposed Consent Agreement In the Matter of Motorola Mobility LLC, a limited liability company, and Google Inc., a corporation; FTC File No. 121 0120
Dear Mr. Leibowitz, Mr. Levitas of Competition, I'd like to offer my comments on this matter, these gaming companies and communication congolomerates, have acquired "a patent to market an exclusive computer, device, chips, memory boards, design concept, instructional manuels, marketing concepts, a market of customers and the insurance to remain in operation while manufacturing this patent product, distribution, retail to worldwilde customers and also, communication licensing and patents in obtaining specific licensing of internet, wireless, and orbital satellite in the operation of there license and patent equipment. I would have to disagree that Google was in conflict with FTC, in "unfair, unreasonable, and discriminatory practices or FRAND". Finally, the market remains open and competitive to anyone, business or company that would like to enter into competition of "fair markets' LLC", and nothing has since changed, other than the market has become very "cash strapped". Google, LLC, has the go ahead to proceed in a very lucrative market of International Internets Services. Solely, remember, the electronics and mechanics are being built exclusively to the "license and design concepts of their patents engineering-designer licensee", and remains the ownership, distribution, retailing and insured by designer-engineering licensee". Thank you, Mrs. Myrtle C Ferrell, USPS ret. PM
