I do hope this does not helps a little why we need to keep our store open. I can understand why you think there would be a monopoly with TOPS. But you have to understand no one else would take us. They saved our jobs and our Health Insurance. We have so many employees at our Lockport store who have spent most our lives working there. We take pride in our store. We know many customers by name and I think they appreciate that. We also have a Pharmacy that does 600 prescriptions a week. Many of our customers are elderly and they do not want to drive on Transit Rd. We are not a big Tops like S. Transit. I know you know the store on S. Transit is a franchise store. He has the same ads as we do, and the same name, but he can charge what ever he wants for all his other items. So, basically, he is our competition. With the state that NY is in, do we really want to take away 75 more jobs, meaning unemployment benefits, and no health insurance. I have never been on unemployment in my life and at the age of 54 I really do not want to start now. Thank you
