I noticed in the local paper that as part of the process in your effort to help balance the competition in Boulder for natural foods you have negotiated with Whole Foods to close some of their stores. I was indeed heartened to read that a pair of local business people are willing to help Alfalfa's Market rise from the ashes. As you probably know, Alfalfa's Market was the first "real" natural food grocery store in Boulder. It was first to offer a great selection of organic food at reasonable costs. As a Boulder native I am delighted to see this store come back to us. I think that these two guys will really make a run of it, help hire local people that Whole Foods have fired and give us a real choice in natural food again. Thanks for giving Alfalfa's back to Boulder.
