FTC Seeks Public Comments on Two More Proposed Whole Foods Divestitures, Docket No. 9324, FTC File No. 071 0114

To whom it may concern, As a long time resident of Boulder Colorado I have been shopping at what was originally called Alfalfa's since the day it opened in the 1980's. I shop there at least a couple times a week. I am writing this letter to recommend that you allow Mark Retzloff and Barney Feinblum to buy Alfalfa's along with any intellectual property that would come with the sale. They would be perfect competitor's to Whole Foods and could successfully compete against them. This would give a choice to the citizens of Boulder . Mark Retzloff and Bernie Fienblum practically invented invented the concept of a natural and organic food store way back in the early 80's. They are leaders in the organic foods industry. It would be nice to see them bring Alfalfa's back to local ownership again. Thank you, Bruce Drogsvold
