1. Eliminate credit score purchases from www.Annualcreditreport.com 2. Eliminate all links at www.anualcreditreport.com that steer consumers to the credit bureaus websites. 3. Eliminate all advertising on www.annualcreditreport.com 4. All bureaus and their affiliates (all major banks, AAA etc.) to furnish a complete disclosure of the type of credit score (Score Plus, Trans-Risk, Vantage, Fico etc.) they are offering for free, and with list of creditors or industry that use this particular score when making a credit decision. 5. All credit bureaus and their affiliates to disclose to consumers that offer for free score range is not accurate picture of their credit score. 6. The majority of consumers unaware of the Fact Act, however, the 3 CRAs use it as verbiage on their website and link to the www.Annualcredit.com . 7. Change the website name to display its real meaning examples: www.realfreecreditreport.com , www.truefreecreditreport.com I am an educator, credit scoring expert and have been preaching for over 8 years about the credit bureaus misinformation and how they prey on consumer lack of financial literacy.
