Sirs: Please STOP ALL advertising by ANY non-governmental party on the official free credit report web site. Please STOP ALL hyperlinks by ANY non-governmental party to the free credit report web site. Please permit all consumers to obtain copies of their credit reports WITHOUT interference from ANY non-governmental party. Some consumers may wish to avail themselves of the services of third parties. The advertising of such services should be restricted to that phase of the web site operation AFTER (and ONLY AFTER!)the consumer has received their free credit report. Please GUARANTEE ALL consumers may decline any and all such offers of services if the FTC does decide to allow such advertising. Having stated the above the BEST solution for the FTC as a government body is to NEVER to allow ANY advertising by any non-governmental party under any circumstances. This ensures the FTC's objectivity as an enforcement agency funded by the American taxpayers. Thank you.
