As a victim of the freecreditreport.com, for which like many others i missed the fine print regarding the monitoring service and monthly chart unless it is too late to cancel. Another catch is that, if the customer didn't see the fine prints about the charge at the time they visit the website, they won't know until it is too late because the charge won't show on the credit card statement until AFTER 9 days, the promised cancelling period. I think it should be enforced by law that any charge that will occur to customers should be listed as an item instead being hidden in a long paragraph in fine prints on side of big missleading messages. I am totally support this proposal.
