The Federal Trade Commission is asking for public comments to shape its new regulations about ads for credit reports: I am very angry about misleading and deceptive ads like those Pirate Guys on TV. The FTC is proposing some enhanced disclosures which I believe will be a very big help. However, it is imperative that you keep the proposal strong to protect consumers!
