1. The Congress years ago, it is my understanding, passed a law stating that the post mark on a mailing is the legal day of payment. Why is this not enforced. All credit card and other monthly invoicing agency completely ignore this and routinely asses late fees and finance charges base on when they enter the payment in their records. 2. Why do not credit monitering services notify individuals and companies when they get a bad credit report, before they use it automatically to change a credit rating. With the very wide abuse by the credit card companies, etc. shouldn't the user have a chance to rebut?
