The largest problem is identifying, or getting a "we need you to prove your address" INSTEAD of the credit report, which often involves more upsells and long hold times. Or worse, I send in "two pieces of documentation", they reply one wasn't acceptable but not which one, nor give any reason. I CAN'T GET MY CREDIT REPORT if all I get is a series of "we didn't like what you sent" - only via the slowest possible mail. The last time it took two months for one of the three. Some way to reach a human being or ombudsman so that my place will be recognized, or that I could just have the three reports sent to any one address ANY one of the three would have on file (I have one under two different apartment numbers - it is one location but I'm at both - which I will be flooded with junk-mail if I don't figure out how to opt-out). Kill the upsells - they have lines (e.g. fraud victims) that say they will charge you OR won't let you get the report unless you request some expensive product or spend three hours trying to figure the magic navigation
