We -- all nine (9) of us -- are in unequivocal opposition to any and all efforts to censor, limit, or restrain free speech on conservative or Christian talk radio, on the internet, or anywhere else. Your “Reinventing Journalism” document and this effort to censor and tax conservative speech and free speech rights, in general, is in direct violation of all aspects of the First Amendment. This document is also in direct violation of the Constitutional limits on government As citizens of the United States, we not only oppose efforts by your agency, as well as the equally tyrannical "Fairness Doctrine" being pushed by the FCC, but we will also work aggressively and relentlessly to see that any and all individuals who are involved in any way to advance these documents will be held accountable legally, criminally, and publicly. Do NOT allow in any way, shape, or form the “Reinventing Journalism” document or any effort to censor and tax conservative First Amendment rights.
