From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
I am an American Citizen, born and raised in the United States of America. I believe that free speech should be just that, Free Speech. It is a right and a priviledge provided for every citizen whether conservative or liberal, christian or atheist, who are citizens of the US. To choose one sect over another allowing their view points only to be heard or read by the massess is unjust. We allow and expect many conservatives and Christians to die for the rights of this nation, and to take away their rights to speak what they believe to be right would be wrong. How can you possibly think about taxing and penalizing Christians and consevatives and let the liberals and godless sector to speak and write anything they want to with no consequences. If you allow one voice, there is no freedom. No freedom to choose to believe what we think is right and wrong. We are than made subordinate to one voice. May this never be the case in America for if it is, this will not be America, but just another third world country who has forsaken God.
