From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Why the concern for the liberal press? If their format and message are viable then they will survive because of market forces. If not then they should become extinct like all other non-relevant entities. The American people have made their choices and thus we have the situation where people get their information in a different and free format. We don't need a renewal of a media that is subject to political will and the filtering of news through the political process. The real problem with journalism these days is the fact that it is controlled by people who have their own agenda and they no longer report news but always try to push their agenda, even when it doesn't reflect the opinions of the majority of American people. I don't support the use of taxpayer money to train journalists that will only create a new generation of liberals who will continue to try to force their views on us and deprive us of the ability to have access to real information and unbiased, uncontrolled information. Get your hands off our money and our freedoms. We know your agenda and where it stems from. Come November we will let you know where the power resides and you and your ilk will have to scramble for fringe again. We don't want state controlled media!!!!!!
