From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
I believe that it is against the principles set by the founding fathers to force one-sided journalism down our throats. The amount of control pushed by the Obama regime is getting to be down-right crazy. I never thought that I would live to see this happening in my country. In other countries, yes, but never my own. What's next? Are the thugs coming out to get all who possess a free-thinking mind? I am registered independent, as I was willing to analyze and look at all of the candidates. No more! I will change my registration to Republican before the November election. The Democratic party has lost its appeal to me, as I now see how Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid can twist their arms. I am far from a rich person. I grew up as the oldest of 9 children. I was subjected to every kind of challenge in trying to get a decent education and develop marketable job skills. I'll tell you what job skills Democrats offered me-- training so that I could be a postal clerk. My only experience with being at the public trough-- going down to DC and joining the Youth Opportunity Campaign for $1.40 per hour. Not that there is anything wrong with being a postal clerk, but I was and am capable of much more. Trickle up poverty and enforcing it through the media is not in America's best interest.
