Congress should pass no law, nor allow the Administration through the FCC to make policy decisions, that would infringe upon any person's or journalist's freedom to express a report or opinion in any communications media that is available to the general public, except to curtail explicitly libelous or national security damaging expositions. The First Amendment rights of free speech with responsibility should be upheld to the highest degree without respect to political, religious or cultural orientation.
