From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Any tax on free speech will be an attack on all speech. We have music, books, blogs, internet, radio, television, and all forms of media which deal with speech. One thing that sets the American people apart from all other people in the world is their ability and right to freely speak about any subject. This basic freedom cannot be reduce to a taxable event. It is just another way for government to control the masses. It is enslavement on a basic level. While I still have that right and opportunity, I say NO to taxing or in any way regulating the American's right to freedom of speech.
