From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
Objectivity requires the permission to state facts, opinions, observations, etc. In America, there was a promise of fairness and freedom to every individual based on the concept that this promise is something given as a right, by God. IF we are to the point of questioning rights we once assumed were given by God, we have to admit that and argue that point. Are we there now? Who among you will stand in defiance of what has been assumed to be given to Americans by GOD? Surely, fairness and freedom require the Conservative perspectives in America to be provided without obstruction; that is freedom and that is fairness. In reality, most Conservative Americans believe they are responsible for the implementation of an wide ranging correction which needs to occur, in our education system, in our media, and by our citizens. This correction is so huge and so all pervasive, that objections to the Conservative efforts to communicate is to be expected by those who disagree with Conservatism. Disagreement is acceptable and should be encouraged by all who are objective, thoughtful, and educated enough to tolerate and appreciate intelligent debate. However, any significant attempt to create obstacles to one group or another is something that needs to be prevented by the people and the Government who are elected and/or hired to work FOR the People of America.....each and every time.
