From Town Criers to Bloggers: How Will Journalism Survive the Internet Age?
The document called "Reinventing Journalism" expresses a desire and goal of censoring conservative speech. Under the Bill of Rights, Americans have the right of free speech. Conservative speech should not be censored nor taxed as suggested in "Reinventing Journalism" with what is being called a "Drudge tax". Americans are allowed to think and express themselves using all kinds of media and are NOT to be restricted therein just because the views expressed are conservative. This is our liberty, freedom and constitutional right to free speech. There will be a legal battle on hand if conservative speech in media is censored and/or taxed. Many Americans will financially support the defense of our free speech. I suggest thinking more logically and definitely more carefully regarding the Bill of Rights before making a critical mistake like ignoring the Constitution and its amendments by.
