I find it very frightening that the Federal Government finds it acceptable, desirable and yes, even allowable under our Constitution to interfere with the media under any guise. This is a FREE MARKET country, and to say that certain viewpoints need to be bolstered by government control/bailout/support/my tax dollars or they will fail, speaks to their lack of popular support. They should be allowed to fail or succeed on their own. More centralized government control/bailout/support is NOT the answer to our problems. FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF CHOICE AND FREEDOM IN GENERAL IS WHAT MAKES THIS COUNTRY GREAT. The government's interference in this manner is shocking. Propaganda by any other name smells just as bad!! My tax dollars should never be used to bolster a viewpoint that I do not agree with.
